Kingston Home Care Limited offers private nursing care at your home. Our services are (not limited to)
1-Medication management- administering medication including insulin as prescribed,
monthly injection, health teaching, weekly or monthly vital assessment and faxing
records to family doctors regarding medication. Administering immunizations as your
doctor prescribed. Nurse will review all of your medication every 4 months with your
doctor.
2- Managing post-surgical needs: Nurse will help you to go over you discharge plan, will
connect with other HCPs, make referrals, book appointments as needed, and will
provide nursing care as ordered by doctor.
3- Pain management: Nurse assesses the pain, provides health teaching under nursing
measures.
